How do I understand if I need therapy?

We will use the first call to discuss your therapy needs. This call is to understand if you need therapy at all and is completely free.

In case I feel you don't need therapy, I will let you know, and will not sign you on as a client.

What will I talk about in every session?

I have worked with many clients that are introverts, and I use many different techniques to help them communicate. Many open up when they realise that they are in a safe space. Others express themselves through art, movement, games or drama.

Its my job to understand you, and find the right technique that works for you. You don't have to worry about that.

I am not good with journaling, will therapy still work for me?

Absolutely! You just need to show up for a 60 minute session with me every week.
I will ensure you dont get any homework beyond those 60 minutes.

Are the sessions online?

Yes! All the sessions will be online over a Google meet video call. You can pick a slot that works for you every week.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely! Everything you share is completely anonymous and confidential.
I am bound by law to not disclose anything my clients share with me.
